In 2014, in partnership with select global post-secondary institutions, Spin Master created the Toy Invention Program to nurture future generations of toy inventors. It was Canada's first continuing education course focused on the creative and business sides of toy invention.
Within the program, aspiring inventors explored idea development, sustainable design, prototyping, and marketing toys — all while gaining invaluable industry insight.
More than 300 inventors graduated from the program, which connected students to a global network of inventors and companies to inspire the next generation of playmakers.
